Social Recovery Your Account

To social recovery your account means that instead of relying solely on your memory or other once-for-all memory devices, a social recovery wallet lets you choose a group of trusted people or servers - like family members or emails - who can help you access your funds in case of an emergency.

  • If you cannot restore it from your Google Drive. Please click Reset private key

  • Read and confirm the prompts. Then proceed to click Generate new fragments

  • Set a new local password

  • Follow the instructions and send the plain text to recovery@ruby.one

  • Wait for the official instructions to recover your Ruby One account

  • Note: when you send the email to recovery@ruby.one, please make sure you are using the plain text mode.

  • Also note: please make sure you clear all format in your message box. We highly recommend you to Ctrl+A+Backspace to clear all format before you copy and paste the verification content.
